RATE SWAP MIS-SELLING: CASE LISTED FOR HEARING

 SRBlegal has an interest rate swap mis-selling case for a SME against one of the major banks listed for a 6 day hearing in Bristol Mercantile Court starting in April 2012. Simmons & Simmons are acting for the bank defending the action.

The allegations of mis-selling relate to a claims of misrepresentation and breaches of FSA rules.
